Welcome to a Storyteller’s Workshop!
This workshop is perfect for players ages 13-18 who want to start creating and running their own adventures for their friends and family. Even if you don’t take the seat behind the DM screen, it can inspire better questions, insight and play as you journey through other adventures.
This month we’ll get early access for the new Monster Manual and learn about the changes to the creatures that players will be going toe to toe against! We’ll go over ways to make combat encounters more interesting and how to utilize the monsters stat blocks to get the most out of your story’s villains. In addition, we’ll look at ways to make the monsters more than a pile of hit points by adding wants, fears and incentives that the party could pick up on if they choose to use their words before their swords.
This is a public workshop series intended for ages 13-18. The meetings are on the following Thursdays from 7 pm-8:30 pm PST:
